This is the day our little guy came to meet us. His name is Jaydee Thanh Dinh, 7 lbs 1 oz, 19 inches in length and born at 10:40am on Thursday Feb. 16, 2006. I went in labor at that morning at 3:30am, contractions 5 minutes apart lasting 1 minute long at 7:30am, got to the hospital at 8:30 dilated 5cm and by 9:30 when my doctor arrived I was at 9 cm. Due to strong contractions and JD's heart rate increased, my doc recommended to have a C Section. 5 minutes later I was heading into surgery to get a C Section. I was knocked out on painkillers, benadryl and the epideral. When I got to the hospital I was given a antiobotic which I was allergic to. They gave me benadryl to counteract but that made me more drowsy. The C Section was a blur.
